Free/Reduced Lunch and Sharing Forms

Parent must fill out Free/Reduced Lunch Form and Sharing Form and send to RMHS School Nutrition Department.

If student qualifies for Free/Reduced Lunch, they must have a Sharing Form on file to receive the discount on User Fees.
