Innovation Career Pathway Program
ICP students gain hands-on experience through field trips and guest speakers, as well as additional support from our School Counseling Department, to develop key work-based learning skills. They also have access to Dual Enrollment (DE) courses and Advanced Placement (AP) exams, with costs covered through grants (subject to annual funding). ICP students receive priority enrollment for elective courses in their pathway and increased opportunities for internships.
Join ICP to build valuable skills, gain real-world experience, and set the foundation for a successful career.
Empowering Students. Building Futures.
The 2025–2026 RMHS Internship Program placed 150+ students across healthcare, engineering, law, education, and the trades. With 94% of mentors rating student performance as excellent (4 or 5 out of 5) and expressing a willingness to hire, our students proved they are ready for the professional world—gaining real-world experience, developing crucial leadership skills, and making tangible contributions in our community.
